Great ice cream book with many recipes

I don't think there anything better than a dish of homemade ice cream. I love that this book has many different flavors and many recipes that have ice cream has the main ingredient. This book is unique in that it has several creative flavors of ice cream. This book has recipes for cream cheese ice cream, birthday cake, honey ice cream, popcorn ice cream, and so much more. This book has what are gourmet flavors of ice cream. You can also find some great standards for vanilla, and chocolate. The batches are small so they are perfect for all of our smaller machines at home.
If you don't feel up to making your own homemade ice cream, never fear, you will still have many options with store bought ice creams. Sauces, pies, cup cakes, cakes, and so much more are contained in this cookbook. I personally liked the Mississippi Mudslides, which has chocolate and vanilla ice cream along with a healthy dose of bourbon. It is hard to beat ice cream and whiskey. Love ice cream? This book is a perfect book for you, you will soon be armed with a variety of ice cream recipes and ice cream treats.

This book exceeded my expectations! I have other ice cream cookbooks because I have an ice cream-loving family, but this one is my favorite. So far I have tried only the Lemon Ice Box Pie Ice Cream and the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream - both of which were delicious! Next I'll try the Peach-and-Toasted Pecan, but I have dozens more bookmarked. The photographs are beautiful and enticing. Maybe I'll try all of them. Each year on our family vacation we have an "Ice Cream Night" when ice cream is the main dish, and the children say, "Really? We can just eat ice cream?" Yes! We'll get a lot of use out of this beautiful book.
